[Case Study of RiniSort] Narikoma Food Co., Ltd.

Even newcomers can be immediate assets! The introduction of Rinisort S-C enables a departure from dependency on individuals and achieves flexible shift management.

We would like to introduce a case where our "LiniSort S-C" was implemented at the Narikoma Food Hiroshima Factory. At this factory, the burden of sorting tasks was concentrated on veteran staff, leading to long-standing challenges in shift management and training new employees. The training of new staff required a significant amount of time and effort, which also impacted smooth operations. After the implementation, even new staff members were able to handle some sorting tasks with about an hour of training, and the man-hours required to identify the causes of sorting errors have significantly decreased. 【Case Overview】 ■ Products Handled: Food for the elderly ■ Handling Unit: Piece items ■ Task: Large-scale sorting ■ Delivered Product: LiniSort S-C *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
